Studio Giota is a 60 square meters apartment in the first floor of Villa d’Irene. It is consisted of a common space with a double and a sofa bed, a dining table for 8 people, luxury furniture, mini kitchen facilities with a sink, a boiler and a small fridge. Apart from that, the studio requires  a shower and an aircondition. It has a private balcony  with outdoor dining table for 6 people. The guests could use the shared 60 square meters swimming pool which has beach chairs and BBQ facility or swim in the so called beach ‘Davis’, which is 250m away from the residence.
